Why does it take so long to receive my order?

We only make clothing as ordered. This cuts down on waste and is an Earth Friendly model

 

Scanning Questions:

Why do you only scan the torso?

The torso is where we hold the mass of our weight. The True to Form App also captures your posture which is imperative when you are draping fabric on the body.

 

Can I just see my avatar?

The True to form app is Free and can be downloaded on any ios device with face recognition.

This version will produce an avatar with limited measurements. In order for the scan to be processed further with complete measurements for custom clothing, you need a unique to you code that will send me and my design team your complete avatar.

After you complete your purchase you will be sent an email with directions on how to download the app and complete your scan.

  

What if it doesn’t fit?

We will remake the garment until it fits the way you like.
