With MYSIZEOLOGY® Avatar, you can now scan your body measurements directly on our website. This tool makes it easy to compare your measurements with our sizing charts — helping reduce returns, cut down on waste, and minimize emissions for a more sustainable planet.


🎨 Custom & Personalized Products

Many of our Home, Clothing, and Accessories are now customizable — allowing you to create something truly personal and unique.

Please note:
Some custom-made items (like Name Art products or personalized orders) may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.


🔄 Return Policy

We want you to love your MySizeology items. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

📅 Return Timeframe

  • Notify us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Once approved, you have 20 more days to send the item back.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Do not send items back without requesting a return first — they won’t be accepted

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive the wrong item, or if it’s damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can make it right.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

If you're unsure about your item’s eligibility, feel free to reach out before requesting a return.


🔁 Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Requesting a return for the item you have

  2. Placing a new order for the item you want


EU 14-Day Return Window

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, no explanation required.
The item must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may need a few additional days to post the refund.
